Free Shipping

We offer free  shipping on orders over $200 CAD (Canada only).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered, ONA WEAR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
